Ordered two sandwiches; both came with terribly cold and hard bread that looked nothing like the usual Chick-fil-a buns. Took... the sandwiches back only to get the same thing (except the second time around they didn't bother to make one of the sandwicheswith extra pickle as ordered). One chicken breast was extremely thin and very inadequate. The other chicken breast was thickbut very dry. What "quality" they did have seems to be seriously slipping. Read more
I honestly have the upmost respect for people who work in the fast food chains because it?s not an easy task? u constantly have... someone raging on u about what u could do better or what u should do in down time?. Never hearing what a great job u have doneon what u have gotten to and the good compliments u get only hear the bad ones.now I will never eat at this restaurant periodfor one I worked at a location where it was ok for chicken to sit in the temp danger zone for hours at a time and this wascoming from the owner her name was Brandi ? Everyone was always in a hurry to get out and yes I understand all about wanting toget home but making money is apart of living am I wrong and making people sick was never on my to do list ?. Typically we go to a Chick-fil-A near our house but this evening it was closed for road construction so I went into the one in... the mall. I am so glad I did, these were the best french fries I have had from Chick-fil-A in a long time. At our normal placethe fries have been soggy, like the employees are rushing to get them out to customers and don?t allow them to cook. I ate justabout all my fries before I thought about taking a picture and our other family members did as well including the nuggets (whichwere perfect). Read more
Tried the new smoked BBQ chicken sandwich. Don't waste your money. Not there normal chicken sandwich. McDonald's has more... chicken on there chicken sandwich compared to this one. Hardly any BBQ on the sandwich and could not taste the bacon. Read more
The sandwich was overloaded with sauce. Way over priced at $12.61for 1 combo. I said that I had the 61 cents in change and... counted it out and as I laid it down she said "that's alright. I always try to give exact change because we are out of change.The only change for me is a different restaurant next time. Read more
Usually pleased with this location but kind of disappointed I paid $1.35 for extra bacon on my sandwich for it to be not even... one whole piece of bacon on there. Read more
