Staff really needs to learn how to follow instructions and make coffees correctly with the right amount of pumps for each size.... Or if someone requests less syrup because they actually ENJOY the taste of coffee, put less syrup!!! Don?t get an attitudebecause you can?t make a customers coffee correctly. I just got my coffee from the twin oaks store and I felt like I was in Heaven !!! Everyone of the employees were so nice and... polite ! It was nothing like the experiences I have at the stone dr location , they could learn a lot from these employees ,like hospitality! It?s super easy and they were absolutely amazing! We always order through the app to avoid confusion at the speaker, and they consistently fail to get one sandwich correct. Have... to ask them to fix it every time. They get my partner's coffee correct every time and the staff is nice, though. Read more
Bought a bagel with cream cheese toasted, it was burnt!! Bought 2 iced coffees and one hot coffee. Both iced coffees were wrong... , lacking milk and sweetners AND flavoring. Contacted Door Dash, no help, 3.48 refund on $19 order. This was an at workbreakfast order and 2 of us are very disappointed. I realize they are busy, but hey, do it right or not at all. My son loves the frozen butter pecan coffee with whip cream and Carmel drizzle! It's a seasonal flavor and he is HOOKED! I got... it for him today. The food and speed was great from the staff. My only complaint would be the fact that with all of the money they spent on... renovations the managers were having a disciplinary talk with an employee in the lobby instead of a room in the back orprivately. Which is just astoundingly unprofessional from a management team. That is not how you handle any kind of problemprofessionally. Read more
