We went to Eggs Up this Saturday and everything was fantastic! It was their first open weekend and I have zero complaints, which... is rare for a new restaurant! Service was quick considering they were packed with people waiting for tables. I know there arealways growing pains with new restaurants but here they were barely noticable. The server was very attentive and the kitchen was100% accurate with our order. We decided to try the Founders Hash Benedict, Cinnamon Bread French Toast, and the Grand Classic,along with a side of biscuits and gravy! The Cinnamon Bread French toast and eggs Benedict were my favorites, especially thehollondaise!! The biscuits and gravy were also phenomenal!! Highly recommend and I can\'t wait to go back again! Good homestyle cooking in a clean and family-friendly restaurant. I can\'t decide if I liked the Eggs Benedict or the Brunch... Bowl more. The roasted potatoes have a great seasoning. The veggies taste fresh and flavorful. And they even have an \"eggcounter\" tallying up the total eggs served. I highly recommend trying one of their \"grilled muffins\" too. Read more
