Fazolis is one of my favorite restaurants to go to when I want a pasta dish, or italian type food. The food is always great the... eating area is clean, and they have pretty good prices, Better than olive garden, with a similar unlimited bread sticks, with ameal combo. The food is consistently good and the drinks are always properly balanced as far as sweetness, or carbonation.Definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for pasta or bread sticks, or even a bit of pizza, especially since its so rare tofind one anywhere. Service was fast and friendly. But the food was the worst I?ve had. Breadsticks saturated with oil and completely flavorless,... and the alfredo/alfredo sauce was completely flavorless. The spaghetti pizza bake wasn?t impressive either. Again a lack offlavor in the marinara. Grown adult customers inside were screaming at the top of their lungs watching a sports game and nobodyasked them to tone it down. Read more
It was okay for what it was but, expensive for what it is. For 6 people we paid 78.00. I can make spaghetti at home that would... taste better and for a lot cheaper. We had to constantly walk up and ask for the breadsticks. The price we paid here we couldhave ate at a steakhouse for. This is just my experience and opinion about fazoli's. Read more
First and only time at this Italian fast food chain restaurant. This place is now on my list of not to do again. The waiting... time for a mediocre hot meal was a little long but I had my hopes up for a good tasting Italian meal from this place. I willjust say that can Italian food fixed in a microwave would be pretty close to this meal. Two star rating just because the foodwas hot and the bread sticks were pretty good. I could have and should have gone to Olive Garden that was literally just acrossthe street for not much more money. Read more
I was pleasantly surprised by fazoli's. I had a meatball sub which was totally delicious. For a fast food restaurant, one of the... better restaurants I've been to. Food is fast, fresh and good. I love the bread sticks and chicken Alfredo. I have ate here a lot and most items are delicious. I like the spaghetti and... meatballs, lasagna and all the chicken dishes as long as it is grilled, I am not a fan of the breaded chicken dishes. The pricesare reasonable and the service is great. They do a good job of getting your food ready really fast. It is always hot and fresh. Read more
We LOVE Fazoli's. It is a perfect dining experience, with delicious, quality food, and free unlimited breadsticks when you dine... in. The staff was friendly and well-trained, the restaurant was clean, and they had a lot of options for meals. I have yet tofind an item I don't enjoy at Fazoli's. Read more
Fast and friendly service, however, the employees need to be help to a bit higher standard. The guy who checked me out today was... wearing a filthy jacket and it made me very uncomfortable. I know he?s just working the drive through window but employeesshouldn?t look dirty at work. Read more
