Great chain of restaurants for burgers and shakes. This location is no exception. They offer a variety of burgers, hot dogs and... chicken meals along with the usual sides and of course their frozen custard deserts. I really enjoy stopping here on visits tomy family so I can grab a burger cooked fresh to order. They always have quality ingredients, and portion sizes are decent toabove average. They are especially generous with the cheese curds as a side, which is one of my favorites. Staff is veryfriendly and courteous. Facility is clean and has some nice decor featuring their founder and the story of their business. Thischain has a great system for getting your food out fast and fresh. I have never had a long wait here, and the food is alwaysserved up quicker than at most other chains that feature cooked to order items. I only wish the others could do the same, orbetter yet that a Freddy's opens up near my home. Definitely recommended. 3 visits in a row that something was forgotten, wrong, or this time both. When I return back to the store to tell them that my... sandwich was wrong they offer to give to the missing condiments and cheeses to add myself, to a sandwich that wasn't mine, thatI had to finger through 3 times to prove it was made wrong. Then after sitting at the window long enough for the rest of the 49$I spent to get cold in the passenger seat, driving home and finally getting to take a bite of my burger, it was completely raw..How do patties as thin as what you have get served raw?!?! I loved the restaurant when it 1st came to town, lately as soon assomeone asks to eat here I'm instantly filled with dread to deal with the typically non friendly staff with thier obviousminimal effort attitude & the over priced Inedible burgers. 20211220 I had Vietnamese meals and spent $$, and the meals were not nearly as good as Freddy's. So wring, but here I sm, 2nd... time. I got the same meal, Patty's Melt and sundae. It was even better than the first time!! The PB sundae was good. I mightlike the Hawaiian one a tiny bit better. Both my pups loved the frozen custard. There was one by my hotel in WestColumbia SC, when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I didn't have a chance to eat there. I arrived late tonight and mostrestaurants were already closed. I ordered the patty melt meal and the Hawaiian sundae. Oh my goodness! The patty melt wasdelicious!! The rye bread made it extra good. The hawaiian sundae was amazing... great combination of coconut, pineapple, nuts,Strawberries. My pups loved the frozen custard. I will definitely return again before I head home. Delicious and portions are big. I would recommend that you have two kids share a 5 piece tender meal... it's that big! Workers... are "on it" and very polite. I will return to this location. We tried the California burger, pain cheese burger, chickentenders, chocolate malt, and "dirt & worms" ????????. All we great. Read more
