This is my new favorite Asian restaurant! The place was super clean and classy, the staff was very friendly, but the major... reason why is the food. We ordered several dishes and they were all absolutely amazing. They had the best sushi I've ever eaten!Yhe presentation of the food was amazing. Fuji is easily my new favorite restaurant in JC. I?ve seen this store front plenty of times but had no idea what spectacular... place was held inside. It?s clean and aesthetic walking in , me and my family of 6 were seated at the Hibachi table quickly(reservations). The food was top tier especially their sushi & our cook Jack was so funny and engaging w us & the kids. It?s wasan all around great experience! Read more
