Fuji is easily my new favorite restaurant in JC. I?ve seen this store front plenty of times but had no idea what spectacular... place was held inside. It?s clean and aesthetic walking in , me and my family of 6 were seated at the Hibachi table quickly(reservations). The food was top tier especially their sushi & our cook Jack was so funny and engaging w us & the kids. It?s wasan all around great experience! Read more

This is my new favorite Asian restaurant! The place was super clean and classy, the staff was very friendly, but the major... reason why is the food. We ordered several dishes and they were all absolutely amazing. They had the best sushi I've ever eaten!Yhe presentation of the food was amazing. This is my new favorite restaurant in Johnson City! I haven't had anything here that wasn't great! Apparently they hand roll... their egg rolls, which is my favorite appetizer ever. Their sushi is amazing and has been super fresh and tasty every time I'vehad it. They also have hibachi stations, which I haven't tried yet, but seem pretty popular. I got amazing service and food from the wonderful Fuji Japanese restaurant. I tried the sashimi, sirloin steak with fried rice,... hibachi noodles, and a couple of sushi rolls, ALL ARE EXCELLENT! - going back today, can't stay away! Read more
