I really try not to leave reviews based on one bad experience. Unfortunately we've had an issue just about every time we order... from here. Either the person taking our order is rude, food is missing or wrong. The last time we ordered 5 breakfast plattersfor our family. One was missing bacon, one had a burnt biscuit, and one was missing hash browns. I also ordered the new friedegg, bacon, and cheese biscuit and it was missing the egg. Also the time my mother in law had some test run and she hadn't beenable to eat beforehand they were rude. When we pulled up they asked us to wait. I asked my in-law what she wanted and proceededto tell her about the burgers they had to offer. While going over the different combos the lady snapped at me and told me thatshe had told me to wait. When I apologized and said I was reading the menu she snapped at me again and told me I was distractingher. After ordering I wasn't given the total. When we arrived at the window a lady seemed frustrated I asked for the price so Ijust handed her my card. She then proceeded to throw it back into my window with the receipt which floated to the ground. Thenwe pulled forward and waited 10 minutes even though we were the only ones there. Convenient location near JCMC. Speedy service thru the drive thru. Order correct, tasty food. Decent prices.
Way too slow. This is the second time I?ve ordered with 1 car in front of me. Average wait time is 20 min. Had to pull off... without my food. Read more
I've eaten at a Hardee's all my life and love their breakfasts these people need to work on their gravy skills but I came in... around the menus changing time so that may have had a bearing. Read more
I went there three different times in the past week to get breakfast for me and my boyfriend. Pretty simple order every time my... order was wrong, or old. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because I've worked many fast food jobs and understand thestress but not once when I have went there has an employee been pleasant to me. We went to the drive thru, and after ordering we had to wait long enough for me to sing the jeopardy theme song before anyone... showed up to the window. The staff forgot my fries. The atmosphere of the staff was very lazy and half hearted. The tacos werebelow the standard value, or you could say sub par if you were a golfer. I'd say the same for the shakes. I want to try theburgers but, I've already been left unimpressed. Read more

I was disappointed for sure. My gravy was as thick as peanut butter. Everything else was great though. My dog did'nt seem to... mind the thick gravy ! Ha! Read more
