This place is pretty nice. Usually there is something wrong with at least one aspect, but they were pretty solid all... around. Food is good, staff is friendly, and the place seems clean. I wouldn't tell you to take a date here, but if you wantsomething just a bit better than the typical fast food stuff, this is a solid choice. Read more

I?ve come to this location over a dozen times. Each and every time I come and Elizabeth is working she is always displays... top-notch customer service. We used to go this this Jimmy Johns all the time. Two weekends ago, I had to wait one hour for my food when there was only one... person in front of us. Katrina the cashier and the girl making our sandwich were extremely rude and slow. We went again todayand had the same experience. Katrina was extremely rude and again, got our order wrong. The two girls spent about 20 minuteslooking at us and laughing. Over what, I don?t know and frankly don?t really care. The staff then blasted the music to anuncomfortable level to make a point that our kids were there. I used to love Jimmy Johns but we will not be going back to thislocation. Read more
Usually this location is good. BUT today not the case. The delivery lady was rude. I had forgot to put a tip and I signed the... paper and she said 'are you going to leave gratuity!?" Very hateful and I said 'uh no, not now.' And she said 'well, it costs memoney to drive out here.' I said well, that's why I pay the $3 delivery fee.'.. I did call the manager and he said he would talkto her. There's no need to be rude. I was going to leave a tip. Sheesh. Read more
Went to Jimmy John's for lunch. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. I want to say my sub was super good... but it wasn't bad either. I prefer my Italian subs with a little more oil and vinegar than mayonnaise. Which I did ask for butdid not come out that way. By no means was it not good. The sub was good but not great. I just placed a pick-up order through them. My mother-in-law ended up picking up the order. We currently have a newborn and... weren't able to pick up the order. The drink cups were unfortunately not handed to my mother-in-law (apparently, you need tograb them yourself). Mistakes happen, and this is definitely partially ours. So I called the store and let them know we wereunable to come back and asked if would they be able to refund the drinks. The manager Elizabeth who answered the phone, wasadamant they would not refund the drinks because they didn't make a mistake. The manager honestly handled the situation in amanner that didn't indicate she cared for her client's experience. Saddened that it was handled so poorly. Edit: I believe thiscan be avoided in the future. For pick up orders that have drinks included. The cups should be placed with the order. Read more
