While in Johnson City we took our son out to lunch and had this place. He goes to school here and says it had really great... sushi. He got the Big orange roll and I had a Kobe beef burger, I think it was call the president or something. Anyhow, superflavorful. Had the truffle Mac and cheese as a side and I loved it. Definitely would be back. Read more

We ordered crab rangoons, spinach dip, the Drunken Goat Burger (which we later found out was voted #1 in JC) and the Label Roll.... EVERYTHING was SO delicious. Our server, Abby, was fabulous and attentive from the start; and she explained that the items weordered were made in house! Really tasty food and next time I come through town I’ll be stopping in again! Read more

Large portions and good food. The service was very lackluster and had long delays between the time we would see waitstaff. ... Before you point out the current state of hiring, it WAS NOT busy. The tip was automatically added (which I HATE). I typicallytip 20% or more, this would have been a 10% tip meal, had they not picked my pockets and presumed I had gotten good service. Go for the food, stay for the really poor service (not by choice). Read more

Nice lunch. Our waitress was very attentive. I had a fried chicken sandwich w/pimento cheese and the Garlic/parmesan fries.... Sandwich was very good. Chicken was just the right size not too huge. Fries were good but you have to love garlic!! My husbandhad the Portobello Sandwich which he enjoyed. He got a side salad to go with it. One of the best side salads we've seen. Theyare right downtown so we had to find parking a few blocks away, but there was a parking lot with plenty of parking. Woulddefinitely return. Read more

This place was delicious! Their menu has something for everyone, their sushi was fresh and delicious and reasonably-priced, the... atmosphere was very open and clean. Abbi was our server and she was AMAZING!! We ordered The Volcano Roll with Ghost Pepperdrizzle which was delicious, the Junkyard Roll which was very good, The Crab Rangoons, which were quite honestly the best I haveever eaten, the Lamp Chops which were wonderful and a "Label Your Own" Chicken sandwhich, which was also delicious. The BloodyMary I ordered was also pretty good. Overall would visit this place again. Read more

I am not sure what was going on with this restaurant recently but the food was straight up trash. We went for brunch and we were... better off going to a fast food restaurant for the poor quality and service we were given. My mimosa was basically below halfglass filled, the chicken was dry and the biscuits and eggs were just basic. The plating was messy and our waitress came by gotour order and that was it. We complained about the food and they didn't even try to fix it or anything, simply ridiculous! Read more

This place looks good but the food really ain't that good. We ordered the lamb Lollipops - these were the best by far, 40 day... ribeye - had zero seasoning, brussel sprouts - these were great, carrots - under cooked, shrimp and grits - nothing to bragabout and we had the cinnamon roll for dessert- it was as hard as a rock from the microwave. It does have a nice atmosphere andthe staff was friendly but food is over priced and not impressive. Read more

I absolutely love eating at the Label, along with its other sister restaurants, but I've never had a bad experience until today.... After convincing my mother (which drove 3 hours to visit) that this was the best little lunch place in town, I felt like a foolwhen the food we ordered was inedible and the 2 cocktails were beyond horrific. Sushi is 1/2 price on Wednesdays and maybeeveryone was having a bad day, but today I couldn't stomach anymore than 1 bite. We were very disappointed to say the least. Read more
