The building and cleanliness left much to be desired, but the food was worth the wait. Soft breading, hot, perfectly spiced. The... calzone and breadsticks were phenomenal, the garlic knots (which were super dark and crunchy) and the super thin pizza weren'tand we left most of those two on the table. Very expensive, nearly $45. Like I said, not clean, dead bugs visible, and slowservice, but at least the staff seemed kind and were fine with substitutions we needed to make. Also not enough parking and itfelt cramped inside. The seating was highly uncomfortable too. Read more

?Knot? the best Monday night pizza night. My first and last time here. The employees were so disconnected and acted like they... had no idea how to do their job. I didn?t get a 2L drink OR a tea that I was charged for because it was out of stock. By thetime they got their act together and we got home the pizza was ice cold. Very disappointed in this experience as we lovesupporting local small businesses. Read more

My fiance and I ate here early evening on October 1st. We ordered a hawaiian and ate in. I am a Pizza Fanatic, I do not joke or... beat around a bush when it comes to pizza. Service here was Great. Pizza could have thicker crust BUT out of the 200+ pizzaplaces I have eaten at in the past 40 years, this is one of the top 5 on my list. Tasted Fresh on the Spot, texture, character, freshness and speed of service are near the best there is. I might recommend a little xtra handy work around the store as it isan older location but overall- I would recommend this place hands down at the top of a list to visit! Read more

Placed an order about an hour and a half before closing, not sure if the folks that work there were in a rush, however my pizza... ended up looking like it was rushed and burnt and did not taste as it normally does. I ordered a SPECIAL which was $24.99 for alarge pizza, 2 liter, and garlic knots. However was charged $32 and still am not sure why. After I called to ask about thechange in the price, the guy on the phone said ?I didn?t ring you up? and then HUNG UP the phone. Confused by what justhappened, I called again and was hinged up again, called from my friends phone and they did not answer. So earlier today Icalled and spoke with the owner/manager lady who did not know who was on staff last night, and just wanted to refund my $5-$7back to my card. For us it?s not about the $5-$7 that was mistakenly charged, it?s about customer service and the quality of thefood. Would like to have a better experience next time since we?ve ordered many times and we?re never treated this rudely andnever had such awful looking pizza. Read more

We ordered one simple pizza through their Bite Squad delivery service. It was just a large pepperoni pizza?nothing special about... it. We love the taste of Luke?s Pizza and were really anticipating eating it for dinner. About 45 minutes after we submitted theorder we got a call from a Bite Squad delivery driver saying that Luke?s Pizza said they were way too busy to make our order andwould just refund us. How were they way too busy to make one pepperoni pizza? If they were too busy to even make my order thenmaybe they should not be on Bite Squad. My money is supposed to be refunded, but they said it could take up to three days?? Thisis ridiculous. I?m not sure that I?ll be back to this restaurant. This ruined our dinner. Read more

Best of the locals so far. Week 6 of trying a new pizza place each week after moving to the area. This place is a case study in... the importance of crust. The crust, more than any one thing, differentiates most obviously. Excellent crust and easily the bestof the spots I've tried so far. Their weakness is the sauce - the second most important IMO. For most places, the sauce usuallyjust doesn't standout enough to make a difference. This is pretty much true here but the sauce does bring things down just a bit- but this is a nit. The other issue for me is that there was not enough pepperoni, which is a common problem. There should bepepperoni in every bite. Also tried the garlic knots, which were quite good and an indicator of pizza crust quality. The venueis typical for the area. Not exactly a first date kind of place, but clean. Service was very slow because they were extremelybusy (its the crust!). I was there nearly an hour and a half. Next time I'll try to go at time other than peak. I'll probablyreturn (crust was really good). But I have a lot of other pizza joints to try first. Read more

After an hour wait for our pick up order of 2 orders of chicken wings (understandable as it is Saturday), we got home only to... find we were given 8 wings in one order and 9 in another when each order is expected to come with 10 according to the menu. Ontop of that the wings were somehow cold although we arrived a few minutes early to pickup and waiting for the order to becompleted. Read more
