Tried to get breakfast. Ordered a biscuit and mcgriddle. Was asked to pull up as my food was still being prepared. Someone... brought food out (not mine) but informed me it would be 7 and a half minutes. That sucks but ok. They were also a little busyinside. I sat in the marked spot for over 20 minutes after being told 7 and a half. I was not fighting the crowd inside anddidn't have time as I work for a living. So I left with no food and out $10. Worst service I have ever had or better yet not hadat a McDonald's. Read more
I asked the person in the drive thru if I could get a double cheeseburger in a kids meal and he said yes. When I didn't get... them in the kids meal after having to wait in spot number two, for at least ten minutes, I asked the lady who brought us ourfood about it and I told her what I was told. All she had to say was "well, he shouldn't have told you that!" The professionalthing to say would have been "I'm sorry about the confusion, but... They made us pull up and wait for our coffee which is fine it was only a 5 minute wait. But when we got the coffee the cups were... only filled halfway. Dont come here unless you would not like to get what you paid for. Read more
God forbid you go sit down while waiting for your parents to order. It would've been different if we hadn't just walked in :/... but coming up to someone a couple mins after they've walked in and getting in their face telling them they have to buy somethingto sit in the lobby is unnecessary and unprofessional. The place was also trashy. Every single table was dirty, bathrooms aredisgusting. Looked like no one had cleaned it for the past week. Read more
Holly was an amazing staff member. She went above and beyond for our difficult order. She was very apologetic for us having to... wait but she made sure our food was fresh.
