This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Pal's!!! Both of the people at the windows were completely distracted... with chatting with their co-workers & customer service was completely non-existent. I drove out of my way to get a large orderof cheddar rounds and they were the worst tasting I've EVER purchased; they tasted of rancid oil. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Icould not even eat them. Omg we don't have these in Florida. It's worth the drive! My new favorite place. I only get a regular Pal burger and it's all I... can eat. Not counting these fantastic Frenchie Fries. Can't beat the price either. I'll be looking for Pal's every time I'mNorth. Read more
Everything here is great! Don't worry if the line is wrapped around the building or out to the road, they are FAST! The food... is definitely worth the wait. The milkshakes are life changing! One sip and you'll understand. Read more

Pals has to be the BEST and most consistent burger chain in the country (if not the world). I absolutely love this place and I... visit everytime I am in the tri-cities area. The service is always fast, the staff is always Super Nice and the food is alwaysDELICIOUS!!! My only gripe is that there is no Pal's where I live in Charlotte NC. It would be sooooo amazing if there wereone in Charlotte. However, being that there is none, I ususally travel to Kingsport TN at least 10-12 times a year and I alwaysstop by Pal's. This by far has to be the best burger spot EVER!! Read more
