Stopped to eat here before shopping on a Saturday evening. We had to wait on part of my husband's order. The employee stated... that she would bring it to us when it was ready. They forgot us and never brought the rest of his order. We had finishedeating and needed to leave so I asked for a refund of the difference in what he got and what he had paid for. I was told theycouldn't do a refund of any kind, but they could make us a to-go order. We had other errands in town and did not want foodsitting in the vehicle for hours. She informed me I needed to call corporate if I wanted money back for something they nevergave us. When I called the number provided, a message informed me they are only available Monday through Friday. Don't orderanything from this place that is not already in sight! Read more

I just bought the plate dinner, sesame chicken with fried rice for $10.00. The rice was definitely NOT fried. It was mushy like... boiled or steamed brown rice. Horrible. It had been a while since I purchased a meal from this restaurant because the lastexperience was so bad. It used to be the quality of food was very good. Been here twice in the past month as it is a bit further from my job than I typically go to find lunch. SUPER friendly staff... and the food is pretty good.... when it's fresh. I usually take a later lunch around 2-3 pm and both times I've been to thisPanda Express, the food is obviously leftovers from the lunch rush. The selections are there but they are being served belowsafe temperatures and some have tasted like reheated leftovers. I would definitely suggest the manager check food holdingtemperatures often to make sure what they are serving/selling is being kept at SAFE temperatures. Read more
Just went through the drive through (8 pm). We were told that they are out of Beijing beef and only dropped a small amount of... Teryiaki chicken because they were closing soon. They close at 9:30. The store has great food but this location needs to dobetter. Read more
This is my plate of fried rice and orange with no orange chicken with broccoli and beef. I also went back to the location to... receive my orange chicken I asked for a manager to talk to about my problem and I even asked if we could stand away from thecustomers to talk about the situation. As I?m in the conversation with the female manger that would not give us her name aftershe stomped away and completely disrespected me and my grandmother. Not only the food was disgusting and I will never bereturning back again. As me and my grandmother go to leave the store we did receive are orange chicken but we asked anotheremployee for the manger name and we were told to talk to Zachary and Zachary was no where to be found. First time I've ever been to panda express. The girl at the window acted miserable to start things off. Then I had to pull... around to the front to wait on my food after sitting in line for 15 minutes. So a total of 30 minutes. Then I finally get myfood and it was wrong, so I went back through the line and yet again had to wait over ten minutes for the problem to becorrected. Needless to say it's the last visit . Read more
