Had been looking for the restaurant I had went to last with my parents the last Christmas I had both of them. The food is... delicious! My parents bribed me with a 32oz frozen margarita. So of course I had that. They were pretty busy, and pretty full.But the waitress still managed to make sure we had everything we needed in a decent time frame. We waited a good 15-20 min for our server to acknowledge our table but food came out quick which helped with timing. Food was... good, just wished they offered corn tortillas other than flour. Okay I've had better Mexican food at taco bell. We went there the first time about 6 months ago and it was really good, so good... that we decided to drive across town tonight to go back. Tonight however was horrible. My boyfriend and I both ordered tacos.The server got his order wrong the first time and even after he got what ordered it was horrible. I ordered the cauliflowertacos. Seriously you need to take that off the menu. On the menu it says the tacos are rice, roasted cauliflower, veggies, kale,roasted corn and sun dried tomatoes. What I got was three sad little pieces of some microwaved frozen cauliflower on a Tortillashell. That's it. No veggies, no rice, no corn, no sun dried tomatoes, no kale. Do the cooks not read the menu? My boyfriendhad already sent his plate back once so I felt bad about sending another plate back. But honestly that food was horrible. We were visiting this area to attend the NHRA races fathers day weekend. We arrived the that Thursday and decided to have dinner... here because it was literally right in front of our hotel. They were short staffed but I must say we couldn't tell! From thetime we were seated until we received the check the staff that was there didn't miss a beat. The food was excellent and so wasour server. The restaurant was pretty busy as well. Great job with limited people! I hope the owner appreciates the staff thatwas there that evening. I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants, this one is special. The bean dip with chips was unexpected, but enjoyed it! I've... personally never had a stew / soup so hearty & delicious.. We had a great lunch. the chips come with a nice bean dip and the salsa bar was open. My husband got the bacon and shrimp tacos... which were very good. I got the roasted califlower tacos they were excellent. Our server Mika was very good and the prices arevery affordable. Read more

From first to last bite it was so satisfying,... from the carne asada, rice, and abuelas guaco down to the pinto beans! BEST IN TOWN: When it comes to this aspect of Mexican-American cuisine, these guys are the best around. Prices exceptionally... low, food hot and fast, and service is great. Again, for this type of Mexican food, just simply the best in town. Do not comeexpecting fine dining or anything impressive, come expecting comfort food in large portions. If you are looking for freshingredients and a more adventurous taco experience, go to White Duck. Obviously. They did prioritize presentation more thanmost Mexican restaurants of this type, but it was curious because when you use the cheapest veggies that Sysco will sell you?.well it doesn?t matter how you present it? it still looks cheap and low-quality.
