I went through the drive through and asked to buy chicken by the piece, which they have done multiple times. The person at the... window was extremely rude. He said they could not do it, then proceeded to be condescending when I asked to have just dark meatif I bought the family meal. I chose to leave the line and purchase our chicken from another place. Always please if lunch is at twelve or 2p.m. and during a rush or not the service is great the food is great and plenty of... options. Great coleslaw, absolutes favorite and their BBQ is unsure and if love to have it to buy lol!!!!! And I have respectfor any company for great customer service!!! And it shows in their playing and taste. Send hard working and do what theydeserve with a sense of pride as should any individual. Too much money to spend on mediocre food. Better off going to Bojangles. I used to love Popeyes but this location has totally... ruined it for me. Try not to break your teeth on their "biscuits". Read more
My wife's Mother's Day meal of choice this year. The drive through was quite fast. There was a couple of minutes delay after... placing the order, but it was pretty quick. The lady delivered to our car with appreciation. The chicken was very tasty and hot.Y'all rock, and blessed our families Mom's day celebration. Highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
Good food - we used to have a Popeyes in Lexington, KY but they left. So when I found one here in Johnson City, I had to visit.... The food is as good as I expected if not better. The only issue I encountered was there are Apple pay stickers all over thebuilding yet none of the cashier's knew how to accept it. I had to show them how to work their own machines. It worked outthough, and the restaurant looks nice and serves good food so I'd only dock a half star if I could. Otherwise 9/10. Read more
I was really impressed by the older gentleman named John, he greeted my husband and I on our way in, was so polite and outgoing... when he took our order and gave us our food, and while we sat down to enjoy our yummy meal I noticed he kept himself busyin-between customers and also checked on tables too, and as we left he also wished us well. His customer service and work ethicwas on par with Chickfila-level service and I really appreciated it. Thank you John. Read more
