We did a mobile order. My wife wanted the new Chophouse burger. They advised they did not have the crispy onion strings so they... offered a super sonic cheese burger instead. The Chophouse burger is more expensive so my wife asked if they could up date ourorder to show the change. They rudely said no we can't change it. We asked if they could put an onion ring on the burger inplace of the onion strings they advised we would be charged for a order of onion rings. Over half of the parking stalls hadchairs setting in them so cars could not park. The bathrooms we nasty and the food was just as bad. Read more

Waited 10 plus minutes after pressing the button and nobody ever acknowledged us. Went to JC location and they had the same... amount of customer to staff ratio and they answered within seconds. Would rather be acknowledged quickly and have to wait onfood as opposed to waiting to be acknowledged. Read more

I've been waiting for them to take my order for 30+ min and nothing. They're usually good about taking orders as soon as... possible but not today.
