I wanted to give them one star but the barista this morning redeemed the one from yesterday. I?m very understanding as I have... worked as a Starbucks Barista for over two years and I know miscommunications happen but can someone who works with Sumer pleasetell her an iced white chocolate mocha and and iced coffee with white mocha are not the same? She charged me 6.84 for a drinkthat is normally under 5 dollars. I understand prices are rising and you told me you charged me for an iced coffee but thereceipt clearly says iced white chocolate mocha. For next time, its the iced coffee button and add white mocha which I know isan extra 80 cents and you should too. I?m really disappointed Sumer didn?t attempt to listen and just stonewalled me. Mistakeshappen, and I can understand why she didn?t make my drink when I walked away to buy lunch because she thought I was getting arefund which I would?ve if I had time. She did make my drink after I came back although I had to wait for her to make the drinksof the people who ordered after me. I did my best to explain I wanted the brewed iced coffee not the drink with espresso andmilk as well. I don?t know how to make it more clear and didn?t want to be condescending. I have went to this Starbucks several times over the past few weeks and everytime Elle is working she never smiles... today I... went to order a mocha nonfat no whip. Instead of getting what I paid for I was given a skinny mocha which I do not drink. Ireturned the drink and then was told they are out of regular mocha.. she did make me a vanilla latte but also slammed therefrigerator door... not a very good experience from here. Read more
I would of easily gave 5 stars if it was not for the older woman who works mornings. I am pretty sure that she is the manager... but I have to say her whole demeanor and attitude just are ugly. I mean she is just a ugly person on the inside. I've seen herkick a harmless homeless girl out who was charging her phone. I understand completely if that woman had been causing adisruption or being messy, but she was polite and minding her own business. That being said, the rest of the baristas here areamazing. It really sucks that I have to give such negative feedback because of one old lady who just hates life and hates to seeothers happy. Read more
