I only go because it?s convenient. They need to be retrained because the majority of time they don?t make drinks to standard and... I have to argue to make sure all of my drink components I paid for are present. Also they can?t tell a medium roast from a darkroast brewed coffee. Easily the second worst Starbucks in Johnson City.
