This place is friendly, fast and efficient. The young lady who was working the line on Wednesday October 9 certainly deserves... the promotion she is up for. She is lightning fast and accurate on the sandwich line and she does it all with a smile. Good Job!Also loved and enjoyed all their Halloween decorations. It added a nice touch to our busy day. I usually don't leave reviews anywhere, but every single time I go to this store they get my order wrong, or there is a problem... with something. This time they didn't disappoint me. I was the only person in the store ordering a sub and there is only oneperson working at the time. It took 21 minutes from the time of ordering to the time of getting the Sub. After getting my subthere were 5 people behind me in line. They didn't have all of the ingredients to a two ingredient sub they offer. I tried tosubstitute one sauce in place for another, but they were out of most sauces as well, and didn't have all of the food put out fortheir items on the menu. This was around lunch time. On other occasions the workers are usually fighting with each other abouthow hard they have to work or how many hours, which in most cases do not equal 40 hours a week anyway. They are not friendlywith customers because of this, and I don't believe I have ever seen a manager working there helping reduce waiting times ofcustomers. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone in the area. Go to any other Subway in Johnson City instead of this one. Ihave only went here because I work close. I try to give places a chance, but this place has something wrong with it every singletime I go there. I will definitely go somewhere else from now on. Read more
The manager filling in from Oakland location is HORRIBLE. I come to this location on Bristol hwy 3 times a week and everything... is always exceptional. I come in today to eat and this manager filling in is slow, rude, and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. Iwill make sure to never go to the Oakland location after this experience and would highly suggest someone look into who isrunning their business. Read more
