We was seated 30 min before closing. The waitress Callie was awesome. She didn't rush us or cut corners. She did her job to the... Fullest. Brought us basket of bread, got our cocktails, took our order and made sure everything was correct and good. Shechecked on us as normal, no rush or disappearing act. I’m dissatisfied with my salad I had delivered via doordash. First I was missing the bacon I added and the chicken had this... burnt smell that wasn’t appeasing. Another thing I noticed was they had the chicken separate from the salad but the locationin cookeville Tennessee did not have it separate and that salad was good which is why I wanted to try it here.the cucumbers wasplaced on each corner of the salad. Idk why that made me feel werid like someone was playing dress up in my salad but I wantedthem cut and tossed like a normal salad but nope I think they focused more on making sure the ingredients were in there insteadof making a “pretty” salad. But idk it didn’t taste good and the bread wasn’t the same either even though I ordered halfa dozen. I wasted 25 dollars. Read more
Tonight was such a great a great night! We had this waitress and her name was Ella. She was outstanding. You could tell that it... was very short staffed, however, she handled it like a pro. ?? This is the first Roadhouse location that has disappointed me.. very poor service, took forever to get our drinks. When the food... finally came out, it was horrible, green beans and potato was cold.. and the steak was no where close to how I asked for it.Everyone’s steak was wrong. I asked for medium rare, and got over cooked/burnt. Texas Roadhouse is my all time favoriterestaurant, and it kills me to give two stars.. but it was a horrible dinner. Read more
Fantastic pork chop dinner! Honestly as good or better than when I cook’em myself. Food was great. Took mom out for dinner and... our waitress was amazing! She was brimming with personality, and cute as a corn muffin! All and all everything was great, butthe booth I was seated in was falling apart and I sank into the seating and hit my noggin real dang good. I’m not to worriedabout it but if had been mama ida been real heated. Also the bathrooms looked like a dern buffalo stampede done come throughthere. Read more
