This place from the very first day we went there the staff is very slow and not friendly . They do not make eye contact or ask... if they can help you or just let you know it will be a minute. I have been in several times to see the owner with no luck. Istood in line today and they never acknowledged I was even there. The Previous Time that I went I waited in the drive-throughforever. When I got to the window all I ordered was a smoothie and they did not have it ready. They had all the orders behind meready with food but not my smoothie. I asked about why it wasn?t ready and I had already been in line 15-20 minutes and the girlshut the drive-through window on me talking to the other employees and when I got my smoothie and pulled away it had a plasticthumbtack in the bottom of it and it leaked all over my pants. I called to talk to the owner and the girl was very rude and saidthey weren?t there that she was the manager and she did not believe what I said. She also was very Unprofessional . My smoothie (lean machine) was delicious and the cashier was friendly. I came for breakfast but ended up getting a wrap to have... for lunch later all for $13. Good portions and all the calories are marked on the menu in case you?re counting. Read more
I like this space. I?ve had great shakes. Today, I purchased a salad. The sweet potato side was fantastic but the salad was... not. All I could taste in the salad was what air freshener would taste like if edible. It was horrible. It even smelled likethose gel like fresheners you put in a potty. I don?t know why and I wish it wasn?t like that. I really like the place. Maybeit will get better??????????? Read more
