Extremely busy on normal off hours. Drive thru was very backed up and not moving so we decided to go in. Nobody was there and... didn't come for a long time. All we wanted was drinks which should had been a quick in and out. It took 10 minutes and no, therewasn't a line inside. Read more
This Wendy's is always very nice. The employees are always nice and also helpful. The food is good. My favorite part is they... have the new Coke dispenser. You can pick all kinds of flavors. If you are in the area stop by and get a Frosty. Read more
I keep going back to this location but they keep disappointing me. Long wait times are bearable, but not so much when the food... gets messed up. The staff seems to be too messed up on drugs to correct errors. My most recent visit was a disaster: lady at thecounter spilled my baconator fries, didn't offer to remake them, and just scooped them back into the container. Got our orderwrong, and when we confronted the same cashier who took our order, she didn't remember. She requested the receipt she neverhanded us. I'll go to State of Franklin from now on. Read more
I was hungry for a burger. Decided to try Wendy?s since they are promising HOT fries!!! Extreme disappointment with the fries... AND the burger! Very clearly ordered NO mustard or onion. Got to the pay window. My total was $5.89. I gave the young lady $6and she couldn?t make change!!! Even though the register told her what to give me. She went and got the manager!!! Oh mygosh!!!! Seriously???? When I mentioned to her she needed to learn to make change she said she had just started! What? Youdon?t know addition and subtraction???? I even asked about my burger before I took it. The wait is almost always ridiculous unless you go at just a really odd time. Sometimes the burgers taste fine, sometimes they... taste rotten. Like, to the point I can?t eat it, and I?m not a picky eater. But it tastes like actual rot. The fries are oftencold and mushy, too. But the employees are typically very nice. Read more
