Amazing!! Just amazing!!! Moved from TX where there were a lot of options for food variety. Had sushi at a few places in town?.... Not impressed. Me and my family visited this place on Friday (8/12/22). The food was good. Unfortunately, the service was terrible! We walked... in and the first girl closest to the door just glared at us. She didn't smile or say hi or even welcome. There was no pleasantsmiles from anyone in fact. We were not loud or difficult. I really like Poke bowls and was happy to find that there was a place to get one in Johnson City. We went at lunch and the... place was completely empty which didn't alarm me too much since this is a college town and it was the middle of summer. Thesushi-grade tuna I got in my bowl was good but not as fresh as I have had at other places. The vegetables and other toppingsall looked very fresh. The server was very nice and efficient. My wife and I frequently visit this establishment. It?s gotta be one of the freshest, healthy places in town. I was confused on how to order at first but it?s like Chipotle were you start at the far end and choose your base (salad, bowl,... or burrito) pick the proteins, then the other toppings, and then the sauce. You can get sides as well and then pay at theregister. They were very nice with helping me learn how to order. I got a sushi burrito and seaweed salad and it wasdelicious. Not too pricey, either.
