Zaxby's use to be the best place in town to get a salad. But in the past year they have really went down hill. A salad has went... up from $7 to $10 which I didn't mind bc they were always good quality ingredients and a good size. But now they are chargingmore for less quality ingredients and the at now half the size they use to be. Last time I got a salad I thought maybe they hadan off day. So I went back again to give them another chance. My salad had rotten lettuce in it (see pic of the pieces I pickedout before I decided to give up n throw the whole thing away) and it was half the normal size (see pics). One time is a fluckbut twice is a pattern. I am truly disappointed about how they've went down hill and will not be going back to zaxbys ever. Read more

The food here was great and fresh. For the most part you don't have to wait in line when you dine inside and usually the line in... the drive thru moves fairly quickly. The one thing that made me give this restaurant 2 stars is witnessing one of the managersbelittle and talk down to a homeless person who asked for a cup of water. Everything is good except they need to keep the tables cleaned off for customers to have a clean place to sit but what fast food... restaurant ever has a clean table right? One of my favorite fast food places! Loveeee the HOT wings & fries! I do recommend checking your whole order before leaving the... parking lot to make sure it is correct, otherwise you may get home to be disappointed. I only say this because there has beenseveral occasions where I received fries with no seasoning whatsoever or wings with slim to none sauce... Just some drywings. My roommate went to the Zaxby's on State of Franklin because he didn't have as long a wait. He brought home the Blackened Bleu... Chicken Salad & 1 order Wings and Things for him. The lettuce in my salad was super wimpy with many lettuce pieces being brown.The ratio of lettuce, chicken, & tomatoes was super off. At first glance I thought it was a tomato salad with Bleu cheese. I letthe manager know of the lettuce condition who said he would check it out. Will go to N. Roan from now on. BTW, my roommate'swings were delicious. Read more

My husband & I go in to this Zaxbys probably 3-5 times a week. Normally the young female Mgr is there & things run very... smoothly, food is hot & fresh but tonight she wasn't there & that's when we found out that us being customers really didn'tmatter. We always spends any where from $20-$30 per trip. We always order 20pc boneless wings 10 sweet & spicy then my 10 wimpy.We got our boneless wings tonight & omg I was so disappointed in my food when I opened my to go box, so my husband took my orderback into the store to try to explain to the Mgr on duty (Brayden) what was wrong so my husband started to tell him what weordered & he(mgr) cut my husband off saying ya I know what you ordered, when my husband showed him my boneless wings he repliedwith a smart remark of ya they come frozen thats how we get them so that's what you get. Please keep in mind we couldn't evencut the boneless wings cause how hard they were. Brayden doesn't have to worry about us coming back into that restaurant whilehe is working we can spend our money with a different company that offers what we enjoy eating.
