Hidden gem! Stopped here one morning on the way to Fredericksburg and honestly wasn?t expecting much from a breakfast food... truck. Grabbed a coffee next door at Johnson city coffee and when I came out there was already a line forming. The localsdefinitely know this is the spot to be. I ordered the veggie egg scramble with ham and it was the best scramble I?ve ever had.Fresh and fluffy and the salsa condiment was the rage. Since this was so yummy I instantly regretted not ordering the Frenchtoast that was on special. Good good at a fair price made by beautiful people. Read more

Fantastic food! Flaky biscuits covered with rich creamy gravy (I added crispy hashed potatoes to mine) and my family had a... scramble as well as the cast iron hash, which is crazy good with gorgeous vegetables and pulled pork. Loved the food here! French toast was on another level!! The biscuits and gravy is best I?ve ever had ???? The owners were so... friendly and took the time tell me about the menu options :) It?s right next to a coffee shop and the scenery was perfect forhaving a relaxing brunch/lunch with my friends.
