They're always friendly in the drive through. Polite and quick. Only had one issue. Ordered a large mozzarella sticks got home... and it was a small. Charged for a large. Didn't bother going back. Otherwise, every other order has been accurate with noissues. Read more

I used to frequent Arby's all the time. Not so much anymore. For my son and I to have 2 beef and cheddar, an order of cheese... sticks and 2 medium drinks, it cost over $30. Won't be back for a while. Read more

Even though the dinning room was closed we used the drive thru and ate at the outdoor tables. The employees were friendly and... got our order correct. The food was all hot and delicious! The employees who were working were extremely busy as there was aconstant stream of vehicles coming in! Would be nice to have a sign warning you the dinning room was closed before you parkedand got to the door. We stopped at least a dozen vehicles from having to walk to the door to find a sign taped to the glass.There were a few elderly people as well as families with young kids in car seats who were bummed that they couldn't eat insidebut thanked us for letting them know before they got their kids all unbuckled! The place was filthy - garbages were overflowing, floors were dirty, and EVERY table had food remnants. The restaurant was... nearly empty. My husband told the manager, who said snappy, "Okay." When our order came, my sandwich was wrong, so I took itto the counter and explained it was the wrong sandwich, and the manager(?) said, "We can't take it back," leaving me holding thesandwich. I asked how to get my correct one, and she told me quite rudely that it was coming. I said that she hadn't told methat and she shrugged her shoulders. When she brought my new sandwich, she just tossed it on the table. Sandwiches weregood, but the curly fries were overdone and in little pieces. Sadly, we won't ever return to that location. Read more

Very clean and nice restaurant! Nice big dining area that was clean. Greeted by nice and friendly staff when we walked in.... Between dine-in and drive thru, both have always been very good. No issues with quality of food, always good, fresh, and tasty. Read more
