They do not wear hairnets while working here. Two people had their hair practically over their face. It was pretty... disgusting. Then, when I was getting my food, the lady in black must have burned her finger (or cut it) on the grill making thechicken?so she kept putting her finger in her mouth and then doing the chicken. Took forever to get food because they are doingtake orders as they are doing regular orders. Someone must have spilled by the beverage area, because it was completelywet. So Disappointed. Staff preformed well, but there is several parts left unclean in seating areas and especially under the drink machine. Kinda... makes me worry about the parts we can't see, like the kitchen. Read more
My review is more on staff than food. The staff was unfriendly and boarder line rude. I don't want to come over as a Karen but I... do expect baseline communication not pointing to empty signs like I should just know what all the sauces are by sight. Hygiene.All hair should be pulled backed not floppy in their face. Make up should be tasteful for work and whatever you want for casualtime, same with facial piercings. I have managed a fast food establishment I know it's hard. These kids are representing yourcompany and will be the deciding factor if people come back. Read more
I ask the staff very nice to cook my steak for my bowl, well done, since I don?t eat medium rare or raw steak and I paid for it,... they still serve me raw steak, I was really excited and had high hope for my first visit, now I will not think about returningto place with bad customer service, what crazy is they agreed to cook it well done Read more
Ordered a chicken 3 cheese nacho bowl and must have got a burrito bowl. Granted I asked for a rice in my nachos but had 3x the... rice to cheese ratio. Then got a half bag of chips? which happened to be plenty seeing there was nothing to dip them into.Flavor was great for it being 70% rice I guess. Read more
This place must be having trouble finding, keeping people, and training people. The last two times my burrito tore as they were... wrapping it, which is odd because the amount of filling keeps going down. So they had to double wrap the burrito. This lasttime I asked for it to be double wrapped and the guy making it single wrapped it and tore it. The last few times they haven'ttightly rolled the burrito and this time was so bad they gave me a bowl and a fork. I guess I should have gotten a burritobowl. Much better than Chipotle food wise, but someone needs to do a better job of training. The one down 94 in Occonomowoc isfantastic. It just seems to be this location. Other than that everyone is friendly and polite. The restaurant is clean andthere usually isn't much of a wait. And they're open late which is a bonus! Unless things improve with food prep though I'll bespending my money elsewhere. Read more
