I am very disappointed in this China Cafe. I will never go back here again. I don?t do reviews but I feel that this one is... necessary. I recently ordered an online order through my hometown China Cafe. As to completing my order it said that the pick upwas an hour away from me. As we found this mistake we hurried and called to tell them what happened that the website directed usto their website instead of our hometown cafe. The manager answered the phone very rudely. Then continues to say that they areunable to refund our money due to the food already being done. Which there is no way since we ordered a $50 worth of food in amatter of seconds. Yes it is a mistake from my hometown website but also there is no reason to disrespect a customer. I?m verydisappointed and hope they are not rude to any other client. In comparison to chopsticks down the street it comes in second. The portions were there however, just not enough meat in my... opinion. Still the lunch menu is under the $10 mark and I would eat here again and stick to the sweet and sour chicken on thelunch menu. You can see in the photo how many carrots filled the plate. The meat for pho was spoiled . Shiny brown and smelled Rotten. I ordered rare beef pho.
