Absolutely terrible customer service. It took over an hour for my order to even pass prep. I understand sometimes things get... busy, so I called the store. I asked what was going on and somebody hung up on me. I called back to ask again and also to askwhy I got hung up on. the staff responds very negatively. They told me it was busy, in a tone that insinuated that I was doingsomething wrong so I continued to ask about the attitude that I was given from the staff member, and then she proceeded to saywell I can blacklist you and cancel your order for you then and then proceeded to hang up. throughout this, I did use choicewords, but only after I was treated like trash by the Dominos staff. This is the worst way to order. Ordered 6 pizzas and acknowledged when entered store 35 m later. 30 m later told by the manager... they didn?t have an order. Called the call center three times transferred to the store who took the order and asked about theorder and placed on hold all three times and no one ever got back on the phone. If I could go negative score I would. Placed onhold a fourth time and told ?they we?re busy? (I ordered more than an hour earlier) this took 8 additional minutes of hold timefor a total of more than 22 minutes to be told they didn?t have my order. Worst service ever!! Read more
Just mediocre pizza. The pineapple (obviously isn?t fresh - I know) but is lacking in flavor. Many times we have ordered and it... is not cut through. My 6 year old found a tiny bug on his slice last time and the wings are severely lacking in sauce. We haveordered from dominoes in many locations over the years and this one is lacking in the quality. The workers are friendly, but Iwant tasty pizza. They also forgot the dipping sauce for the cinnamon twist things one time as well. Read more
They seemed to be under staffed. The cashier (possibly manager) seemed upset with her employees. If you plan on going to this... location please call ahead. We didn't & the cashier (possibly manager) scoffed because we did not call ahead. The pizza was hot& fresh not a long wait time (15 to 20 min) the place is very clean & the rest of the staff are friendly. Read more
We ordered from Ankeny Dominoes sausage and onion. They only offer Italian sausage which I don't like but that didn't matter... because there wasn't hardly any on it, pretty pitiful. The only good thing was the bread twists and cheese sauce. Read more
People are fine workers are great pizza is good, nothing on the workers at all theybare great people doing there job. But it... says delivery is untill 12am... I started my order at 11 somthing and it's saying they don't take delivery. I tried calling andthe voice mails said the same. So maybe just Change the order time, bc domines don't take order at 12. Not a big issue if u justchange the time, rather than say u deliver at 12 when u don't take orders at 11. Again not a huge issue, u probably do it soeveryone can go home at a nice time and u don't have too many orders at 12, I get that. Just on the website Chang the time. Read more
I only buy pizza when there is a deal/sales. Not a big out of home eater. Nothing against the company.
