I don't know maybe it depends on the time and day you go but I went with my daughter and I was waiting for like 10 minutes... before someone took my order. Like I get drive thru gets busy and yall have a time and speed to keep up with but I had seen somany employees working and so many of them passed me and never took my order. I remember when I worked at dunkins it was alwayscustomers first never let them wait. But I don't know anyways I went to grab a drink from the coolers but I guess it was lockedand I had some girl just giving me that look, like mind your business. And do your work. Keep in mind this is being posted while still angry LOL. It's Saturday morning I just went to Cumberland farms to get a... breakfast sandwich and they don't have any because they're short-staffed so I went over to Dunkin' donuts where I'm waiting inthe long drive through eventually I just order my sandwich get to the window where it says will not accept any bills over 20alls I had was a 50 after waiting 15 minutes they said sorry can't take it and took the sandwich! I used to love this Dunkin. Lately, they?re the worst. They?re so rude, always giving attitude when taking orders. I placed a... mobile order today & ordered 2 blueberry donuts (paid for over app), and instead of saying they didn?t have any, they gave menothing. This is my favorite Dunkin? in the central Rhode Island area. The employees are friendly and helpful and never rude or have bad... attitudes like some other places who just make you feel unwelcome. Jesse went above and beyond to help me out when my items wereout of stock. My coffee always tastes great too. I will keep coming back to this location! Read more
Stated that this store does not offer a senior discount. I haven't been to a dunkin that doesn't offer this.
