This is one of my favorite McD's in RI! The food is also hot, the service is fast, and the order is always right.
Food is always hot, fresh, and very conveniently a great value especially when using the McDonald's app. Drive thru might take a... while due to multiple customers lining up to place their orders but they use are done serving you within minutes. Read more
this is a great place to go if you want your food served with a side of attitude. it?s also great if you want your food cold.... the customer service is awful. you?ll never have the employees treat you with any ounce of respect or kindness, no matter hownice you are to them. i understand it?s not fun to work, and everyone has bad days, but it seems like the people here constantlyhave an attitude because you came to their job, and paid for them to do their job. not to mention the food is always luke warm.you say ?have a nice day!? to the people at the drive through window or curbside pickup area, and they walk away/slam the windowin your face with nothing else said. curbside pickup always takes more than 10-15 minutes even on a small order of a soda andcheeseburger. most of the time you have to call them and ask if they received the order just to get them to come out. all inall, this location is one of the worst to go to. if you?re hungry, stop literally anywhere else unless you have the patience andand nerves of a god. Shouldn't have a lit up sign advertising overnight shifts, when they aren't even open late night. All menu signs are left... running, so you get stuck in a line of people in the drive thru who are waiting to order, so you can't even drive off when yourealize 5 minutes before the people in front of you that they're not taking orders. They charge for extra cheese.. .99 to be exact.. but you better check because they never put it! Quality of the food is at an... all time low.. nowhere near where it was! Read more
I just left McDonald?s in Johnston on Atwood ave. I ordered a qtr pounder deluxe meal I get home open it it?s chicken no... hamburger????? So I had to drive all the way back now to fix my sandwich the manager was rude and ignorant she even slammed thedrive thru door n my face after handing me my sandwich!!! Ummm I know the difference between a hamburger and chicken if theperson making the food don?t they should be fired. Now Because of this I?m late for work smh Never going back again Read more
Its 11:10pm place closes at 12am but they have no ice cream because they are cleaning the machine. Inconvenience for customers... who come specifically for a Mcflurry. Read more
