My granddaughter GOES a lot being a senior.. AND usually pretty fresh
Quick service, was cool and quiet inside despite the time I was here (11am to 11:30am)
Good food and usually get orders right. But slow drive up service. Better to go inside and place order.
Place was clean and well stocked for the drink area food came fairly fast fries were fresh and hot
This is the BEST McDonald?s close to us. We drive from West Frankfort just to get food from this store. It?s ALWAYS hot and... fresh, fast service, and wort the extra drive. I?ve never gotten bad food! My son also loves the play land. Read more
I don't ever leave reviews but I'm fed up... When I go here after work I'm usually the only car in line and they pull me up... every single time.. my fries are usually not warm.. and tonight when I got home.. my order was missing.. again.. now I'm theonly one not eating.. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. 1 star Read more
I have never witnessed such poor management in my life! Took a hour for a battery replacement and I was the 1 person in line.... Everything from the trucks have been on the ground while the shelves are empty for over a month and it looks like the same stockpile the manager is very rude and careless to his customers and employees in my opinion. Believe me I was not the onlyunsatisfied customer that day and probably most days. Won't be going out of my way to this location ever again. Read more
