This place continues to impress. This is the second location I have visited. The food is great and set in an upscale... environment. I ordered the Bonefish Signature Pasta with salmon. Also ordered was the blackened shrimp tacos and sirloin andshrimp. Our server was attentive and very nice. Read more
Excellent service and food! The Caesar salad was exceptional!! I know, its not just another Caesar salad from another... restaurant. The dressing was delicious and so well balanced. It wasn't tangy, which is probably why I liked it so much! Ourentrees were the Bonefish Signature Pasta and the scallops and shrimp speciality. Both were delicious! They grilled the shrimpand had a charred spicy flavor. So good! Large portions served. Again, super good service, very pleasant wait staff. Long story short: much credit to their staff and management for doing all they could do turn around an evening with a poor... start. We were here on Valentine's evening with 7:00 reservations. Arriving at 6:55, we found a mass of people waiting to beseated and a packed restaurant. The hostess told us there would be a 25 minute wait on our reservation, which was a poor was tostart a Valentine's date and defeats the purpose of making a reservation weeks ago. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked for amanager and explained my frustrations about the situation. Immediately, she (Nikki) offered to comp our entire evening. I wassurprised but admired her decisiveness and speed in trying to take care of the customers. She was very apologetic and kind. Welucked out and snagged seats at the bar and ordered drinks (smoked old fashioned and winter cosmo). They came around 7:25, whichis when we were seated. During dinner, our waiter Jaren was attentive but not obtrusive. He took great care of us and gavehelpful suggestions on the meal. The food took a while, but that was to be expected given how busy the restaurant was (and theywere packed). We loved the calamari, and the flavor of the imperial cod was phenomenal. The filet was cooked perfectly medium,and it was delicious. Nikki followed through with her offer and comped the evening. We still tipped Jaren, since he did a greatjob. Ultimately I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Nikki and Jaren to make us (and my girlfriend especially) feel welcomedand taken care of on a special Valentine's evening. Read more
Had an amazing experience here. Our waiter Abraham was on top of things and filled every need we had without us having to ever... ask. The entire staff was welcoming and speedy. Abraham needs a raise!? At the end of the meal they surprised us with a freeslice of cheese cake when they heard we were celebrating our 6 month anniversary. The food was amazing! The bang bang shrimp wasphenomenal and I look forward to going back again soon! Greatness all around. Read more
PLEASE BE AWARE OF KIDS MEAL CHICKEN FINGERS!!! This is our daughters dinner that we took home to let her eat it the next day... and this is what we found. Raw uncooked chicken!!! Coming from an expensive and well known place? I?m very disappointed to saythe least. This is very concerning that they would give kids this to eat! When I called to talk to the manager he was very niceand very apologetic. But I don?t think I will be eating here anytime soon again. This meal wasn?t cheap as well and this is thekid of service that we got. Maybe it?s time to clean house in the back and get new chefs? I?m not sure. But this is not ok. Read more
Bonefish grill is a great place to eat. I had the rainbow trout with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The fish was seasoned perfect... and drizzled with a butter sauce. The broccoli was steamed perfect as well but the potatoes were dry and disappointing. I mostlikely won?t get the potatoes next time. It?s a great environment and the service is good as well. Read more
