This place is a joke. First off They do not answer phone calls requiring me to go in and make the order. Today I went in, made... my order right away and it took 15 minutes to get though the assembly line. No matter the employee, none of them know how toprioritize tasks. My sandwhich was bagged and I was standing at the register. rather than quickly ringing me up so I could be onmy way. This guy started finishing another sandwhich. Took an additional 5 minutes. Wow!! It was me and my hubbys first time having jersey mikes and the manager working was so kind from the moment we walked in... till we left. He was training a new employee and was kind to him and seemed to really care. Food was AMAZING. One of the bestcold subs I?ve ever had. Will be back!! Read more

Terrible customer service. Overall, it took an hour and a half to get our pickup order. I understand a lot of places are short... staffed at the moment, and am normally ok with waiting a little longer for things like this. But the complete disrespect andlack of care from the employees is ridiculous. They couldn?t even at least pretend to care. The food is ok, but will be goingelsewhere from here on out. Read more

So disappointed with the service I had today. First, my pickup order was apparently stolen when I went in to pick it up after 40... mins of waiting. They then pulled up my order, and said they could remake it, said it would be about 20 mins to which I repliedok. I went back inside after 20 minutes and my order was not on the shelf. I told the staff my name and that it should have beenremade. They proceeded to tell me that they never got a yes or a no from me for them to remake the order, so they didn?t makeit. I then explicitly stated that I wanted it made but was very frustrated that it wasn?t made already. I went back in after 10minutes and my order still was not on the shelf. No staff greeted me or said a word to me although they all knew I wasfrustrated. My sandwiches then get put into a bag and placed slowly onto the shelf right next to where I was standing. Noapology, no words, no compensation whatsoever. They didn?t even HAND me my bag when I was standing right there. No smiles,nothing. Such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I came in 10/29/22 and bought a couple subs and both were cooked to perfection. I have to make sure Max, Matt, Dominic and... DeAnn stand out and are recognized for their outstanding customer service skills and culinary skills. From start to finish Ifelt welcomed, warmth and love from all four of these employees. I want to be able to give negative stars. I ordered through the Jersey Mikes app. Paid 14 dollars for extra meat in my wrap. Got... half the amount of regular meat I would have gotten in the store. 2 subs one wrap all wrong and all bread! So 45 buck later weare still hungry and this place sucks! Over priced don?t order through the app! You get 10 dollars worth of food for 40 spentand it?s not right! All wrap where is the double meat. Save your money and shop elsewhere! Read more

I went in today for lunch and when I was trying to pay their card system wasn?t working. They were so nice and felt bad enough... that they gave me my sandwich on the house! I felt so bad that I didn?t have any cash to give instead of my card, but they wereso nice and tried so hard to get it to work! Read more
