We absolutely love this place. I'm actually sad to be moving now that we found it. The fries here are ADDICTIVE. I've tried... several dishes here and love them all. The ingredients are fresh, drinks are delicious and strong. The environment is so chilland comfortable. Highly recommend you try it, it'll be your new fave date spot. It was a pretty cool place. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, the dog theme was cool. The staff was really polite and the... service was prompt. The food was really good, especially the Bison Burger. And those curly steak fries were so good. I wouldrecommend this restaurant and am adding it to my Burger List. Read more

To rave about the food: we ordered and split a sandwich called The Ross (aka bratwurst topped with pickle, mustard, sauerkraut,... sautéed onions, and fresh cilantro in a bun) with She Crab soup. The sandwich is something I?d recommend, however, it takes aparticular set of taste buds to enjoy the She Crab soup. Despite how delightful it sounds on the menu, there is a sweet tangynote at the end of each stringy crab bite that didn?t quite blend well (at least to my palate?s liking). That said, the FrenchOnion soup is a fantastic alternative to the She Crab, especially if you?re looking for something savory. I might add that it?sthe best rendition of this soup that I?ve ever tasted, and it was very authentic in it?s range of spices and textures. A familymember also ordered a Cajun pasta of some sort that was insanely filling and delicious. As far as drinks go, the strawberrylemonade is certainly a worthy choice. Moving on, the service was absolutely lovely and the atmosphere was even morecomfortable and inviting. Their staff seemed to work seamlessly, and each area of the restaurant went above and beyond inefficiency and sociability. Friday, Aug. 5th. Busy, probably normal for Friday. We waited in line to be seated 5 minutes or so. Taken to a table. It was... cold and I didn't bring my jacket. Also the music and conversation were very loud so this made it very difficult to hearanything. Outside and upstairs were available but the road noise was so bad, it really wasn't an option. We both had water.Other drinks started at $6.50 and went up from there. We both ordered the brisket because the server said the bbq sauce wasawesome. The brisket arrived with hardly any sauce. I ordered the chips instead of coleslaw and my husband did not get thatchoice, they forgot his Cole slaw and didn't offer him a different side. We did get some extra BBQ sauce, a bit reminiscent ofMemphis BBQ but it's missing something, not sure what, maybe soul. So there's water with ice, brisket, BBQ sauce, beans, chips,service, atmosphere and price. The price was at least comparable if not better than expected for the amount of brisket. Theserver was very busy, but the service was still good. The atmosphere was cold and loud, no one would want to stay and hang out.The chips would have been great if they had added more salt and no pepper. The beans were spicy hot, not everything tastessignificantly better the more spice you add. The BBQ sauce reminded me of Memphis. Not as good, but close. The brisket was verytender and tasty. However they served it on white bread which I can't have because of the wheat and much of the meat wasactually fat. Compare the pictures. One of them is the amount of fat that can't be consumed. This is a nice location, and decent food. The atmosphere is comfortable and has a decent vibe. We sat in the bar, so I don't... know what the restaurant feels like. There is also a small upstairs bar that looks like it's saved for special events or privateparties... Unfortunately for them, our burgers came out very overcooked. We'd ordered rare to medium rare and they came out welldone. Actually slightly blackened on the edges... I'm not willing to pay $16 for a burger that is been cooked completelydifferently from how I order. I called our server over, and he took them back to the kitchen and the manager. Fortunately, theyremade our burgers and got them rare to medium rare and they were very tasty! The fries are excellent! They are similar to steakfries, in that they are thick cut, but they have a curl to them which makes them fun! A true cut above! The passion by chef Brian for the food and menu really shows through! Tried the braised short ribs for the... first time and can't stop thinking about when I can get them again! Amazing! Our waitress Stephanie was amazing too. Also we'vebeen here at least three times so far and have been impressed each time.
