I ordered 10 minutes ahead on the app and when I got there my drink wasn?t ready which I thought was odd since no one was in the... drive thru or inside. But I stood and waited 5 minutes before they even said anything to me. They were out of French vanillawhich was fine , so I asked them to make it with Carmel. I waited 10 more minutes and still no drink or signs of one being made.A girl came in and went to the register and they made both her drinks before she even paid. I had to be to work so I had toleave without my coffee after already paying. Terrible wait time. When I go to a coffee shop that I had ordered ahead to I don?texpect to have to wait 15 minutes when no one is in there and still not end up getting my drink. Read more

We had a staff meeting today which required two dozen bagels and a box of coffee. I attempted to order through the app last... evening, however, it would not allow me to order the number of a variety of bagels that I needed. My husband went to theJohnstown store to pick the food up this morning, and they were extremely rude because we did not order ahead of time, to thepoint that they almost refused to accept our order. I had a bad coffee at Utica from drive through but coffee was good so I was in Johstown area and needed a donuts for my workers... which stopped by and got a box and taking to cashier which I mentioned about my coffee she immediately replaced with right one.Cashier name was Maddy, also she was fast and friendly doing the entire service.
