Went to Friendly's next door and it smelled dirty so came over to Pizza Hut. We were the only two in there. Kinda nice. The... tables were sticky, not ideal but whatever. The paper placemats looked re-used. One had a drawing on it and the other had sauceon it. But it was still probably cleaner than Friendly's. We got our beverages and said we needed a minute to look at the menu.The menu is scarce so it took about 2 minutes. 10 or 12 minutes later the waitress comes back and takes our order. I can tellthere are a few online orders, but literally we're the only people there. We ordered sandwiches, which seemed fairly simple,boneless wings on bread, and fries. 20 or 25 minutes later we get our food, the fries and chicken are room temp at this point.Bread was more stale than 'toasted'. The sauce selections were good.. Overall the service took forever and the food was cold. Ireally would like another affordable restaurant in Johnstown, but it's looking like Taco Bell and Applebee's are the onlyconvenient places to go at this point. Ordered large stuffed crust meat lovers got large stuffed pepperoni no other meat I called twice @ 7pm they didn't answer.... Unbelievable not only I didn't get what I wanted no one would answer to try to fix the issue sadd pizza hut used to be soogood... Read more
One of best pizza huts around. The restaurant was clean, people friendly and food was good. Only thing I would add is heat up... your marinara sauce. Read more
This was the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever been in in my life - the tables benches & floors were filthy - you actually stuck to... the floors. The service was also terrible - we?ll never go there again!! Read more
I normally don't eat at Pizza Hut, but my Girlfriend and I were hungry and decided to give this one a try. I'm glad we did. We... started with a couple of their "side" salads. Idk why they called them side salads because they were huge! Especially for $3.99.We also ordered pizza. The pizza was great and the service was incredible. The servers were friendly and attentive. Very aggravating. When calling to place a new order, calls no longer go to the store.. They go to a call center, where nobody... in the building has ever cooked or even seen a pizza in their lives, nobody speaks English, and they try charging you $47 fortwo medium 1 topping pizzas (extra cheese was the 1 topping). Try calling the store directly and nobody picks up. Keep tryingto create an online account to order, but says my phone number is already in use and I've sent reset links to everyone of myemail addresses and it send an email saying they were unable to find an account with that email but I can create one. If Iclick create one it wants my phone number and when I put it in it says in use by another account. Almost impossible to evenplace an order. Seriously over priced for the quality. Also the last several time I've ordered there over the last severalmonths, when I receive my pizza all of the slices are stuck together because their pizza cutter is dull. I have stopped here several times from out of town. The same girl has been here every time and is so sweet. My pizza was just... coming out of the oven when I walked in and I saw it. She asked me how to help and I said I saw my pizza. The guy brought itright to me when he heard me talking. This pizza totally hit the nail on the head? so yummy and perfectly made. Waitress didn't know how to do her job. Took forever to get our drink, bread sticks came out hot, we were a party of 3. I... personally got the melt which came out first, the other 2 people had personal pan pizzas which aren't hard to do. But the oneguys sat on the counter near the backside of register while they had to put the other one back thru the oven because they forgotto put pineapple on.. so his pizza was Luke warm when he got it. The pineapple one was suppose to have lite sauce and it wasseverely over loaded with sauce . Never came over to ask us if we wanted more to drink.. too busy walking around with hands inback pockets.. not impressed at all.. she definitely needs to be retrained...the boy in kitchencutting up pizzas sneezednumerous times and never washed his hands.
