I didn't catch her name, his name was Isaiah I believe. Rarely do you stop by a place to grab a quick take out meal and see... people working as a team. Both of the individuals that helped me and made a lunch foe my family were kind and courteous and hadmanners!!! They seemed genuinely concerned to treat me right. They were helpful as well. I want to like this subway so bad, but every time I go in there to order a meatball sub (my favorite) they?re out. They need to... regulate their inventory to make sure they have what they need for the day and not cut themselves short. I get they want tominimize waste: In an economy where everything is expensive and in the tubes, I get it, but they need to have more items readyand in stock. This store will not accept any coupons. I tried to buy 2 foot long sandwiches for $12.88 with a coupon good until December 31... and they wouldn't accept it. I ended up paying $28 and some change. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced at a Subway. I work late most days and don?t get back into town til around 8 PM.... Every time I go in at that time I?m made to feel like a bother because it?s an hour before they close. If that?s the case thanjust close at 8! I walk in and they?re cleaning an hour early and putting things away. I had a new guy making my sub which hedid a terrible job on. It was the sloppiest sub I?ve ever seen created. The manager on duty was too busy trying to sneak out andsmoke a cigarette to make sure everything was running smoothly. Coincidentally they only had one kind of bread available(wheat).And the steak was frozen. It was like they weren?t trying to serve me what I wanted because they were ready to go home. And theattitude of ?having a bad day? isn?t needed when I go to order food. Most likely will not return unless upper management stepsin and makes changes. Read more
