One thing I really dislike is the loud cursing by employees. I have a 2 year old and I don't want him hearing the F bomb. Anyone... who has kids you know they copy what they hear. It was very busy at the time I ordered but employees were all so pleasant! Service was somewhat slower due to massive Diirdash... orders I observed being prepared. I had 2 separate orders, one of which was completed on my phone. I also used deals on theMcDonald's app and was assisted in ordering as I am new to the app. While waiting, I was engaged my the Managers or a Managerand shift supervisor I am not sure if I am correct, but I know the one gentleman was a Manager. I only waited about 5 minutesfor my order and as I was on my way out, several employees thanked me for coming in and to come back again. My order was warmand perfect! Read more
The drive thru is usually quick and efficient, so I often go through the drive thru whenever I go here for food. Unless I'm in... a big hurry, I don't mind too_much having to wait a few extra minutes to receive my order, when waiting off to the side afterpaying. I've been there a few other times, when hardly any customers were there, when I had to wait almost 10 minutes toreceive my order, after paying, but this was several months ago. Absolutely terrible. Walked in to get food after work and there was a line of people in the lobby. No one waited on us for over... 5-10 mins. Someone finally spoke up and they took our orders. Employees were swearing and using vulgar language while there arecustomers inside the store. The manager also using vulgar language towards employees. Walked out with the wrong drink sizes andno sauce because they were not paying attention. Absolutely terrible. I will never buy from this location again and that managershould be ashamed of how they ran that location. Read more
Talk about rude staff!! I went through the drive-thru. First window to pay, the guy just looked at me and didn't say a word, so... I just handed him my money. He handed me my change and receipt and I thanked him, I got a "yep". Okay. Second window, guy handsme my drink I thank him, he says nothing. He hands me my food, I thank him again, he rolls his eyes and doesn't say anythingjust closes the window. If you hate your job that much, go somewhere else. Read more
Worst Mcdonalds ever!!.. They always make u wait forever and screw up your order.. I just got home from getting my food after... working 10hr shift and just wanted to go home.. Open bag up and its completely wrong order again!!.. Ohh yeah they were allsitting around like it was a party when i was in drive thru.. And tried calling in to complain the phone was off hook!! Well we hit the second window in the drive-thru and we were told to go to a parking spot at 420pm. After the 3rd time they... came out to g8ve us our order and finally got all our food at 450pm . We waited over 30minutes to get our food correct. Thechicken sandwich we got was cook beyond the point of being edible plus not being made correctly. When the guy finally broughtout last part of the order he did not even acknowledge us when we said thankyou! Overall we spent 50 in a fast food drive-thru. I would have to say that was the experience that I have ever had at a McDonalds!!!!! Read more
Literally will drive across town for McDonalds even if I'm passing right by this one. The service is garbage. Almost every time... I've been there, they forget something in my order or they bring the complete wrong order out for carside. Read more
