Food is what to be expected. Sometimes you have a great person taking your order. Other times not so much. I give 5 stars this... visit because the manager that day took the time to find an under 3 toy for my son who is under 2. He not only found him onecute bunny he gave him 3 which was nice of him. Some give you a little 'tude about having to look for them as I'm guessing theyare not used as much. (Though it is the law that they must offer an under 3 toy if requested.) But no issue with him. The food was good when I finally got it. I went through the drive through and I was told to pull ahead and park so they could ... prepare my sausage ,egg&cheese mcmuffin . I waited 12 minutes while running my gas out of my vehicle. Read more
S-L-O-O-O-W-W-W.... I get that they're busy on Scalp Ave but too many people standing around during the day and never an apology... for the wait. They should offer courtesy fries or a drink! The night staff, on the other hand, it always friendly andpersonable. Read more
came here a little bit ago to grab food and had a medium sized order. didn?t get no straws for my drinks, no barbecue sauce... which i asked for 2 times, asked for a couple ranch only got 1, fries were cold, the meat in the big mac i got and doublecheeseburger were pale almsot a whitish color. nuggets had a HAIR in them. disgusting this place is sad especially with theemployees Read more
Hit or miss with this McDonalds. I guess it depends on time of the day and day of the week. The new drink machine is so cool. ... Some of the staff members are SO friendly and others - not so much. The one manager, who is usually there when I go, is one ofthe hardest workers ever. She is a valuable asset to this independently owned McDonalds. Read more
Everything would have been fine if the young lady that is in management would have talked nicely about the situation instead she... had an attitude like she was Miss big and then when I called back to get some information to make a phone call to the owners ofthe restaurant she had another attitude and said I will call the GM and I said no you won't cuz I will. They need new managementif you're going to have an attitude like that you're going to start to lose business if you don't then I don't understand but Iworked in retail and I also worked in fast food and never once was anybody ever treated like that you might have said it underyour breath but you were respectful and your customer is always right. Edit: a couple days after posting this, the owner called me on the telephone to talk with me. She was super nice and apologized.... She said she would take measures to correct this and send me some coupons to use for the inconvenience. She is very nice and Ican tell she cares deeply about her business. Thank you for your professionalism in taking care of this matter. I willdefinitely be back! My mom came back from McDonald's on Scalp Avenue in Johnstown (5 minutes away) and my Double QuarterPounder with cheese was so dry...the meat was like leather and same with the cheese. There was one small piece of onion on itand I'm pretty sure it wasn't even in the correct bun. It was awful and even the writing on the box said "FRESH BEEF cooked whenyou order, but there's no way this could have been sitting less than an hour or two. The only slightly saving grace was thefries. They weren't fresh but at least they were edible. Read more
If I could give this zero stars I would. I am standing here waiting for my order I placed more than 36 minutes ago!!! And I... still have not received it and do not know when I will. I?ve been inside asking for it for over a half hour. The one employeejust had the nerve to tell me to be patient after I calmly asked again what?s taking so long. For the record, I ordered twomeals and three happy meals. Now going on 40 minutes and STILL NO FOOD!!!!! ? update. 45 minutes now and still no food.
