This place is worked by kids who don't do their job. You wait a good 25 minutes just to go home and not get the food you... ordered. They need to hire better staff. The workplace itself is dirty and I won't start on the bathrooms. Read more

We took our kids to grab a quick breakfast. We asked for orange juice but the machine was down so I had asked for a large coke.... They gave a medium so I asked for the large. The amount of unnecessary attitude was insane. The medium they gave me had no icein it and was half filled. Mistakes happen but giving attitude when I was friendly will not be tolerated. I will go to BurgerKing from now on for my kids. Read more
I ordered at the drive thru Paid for my order was asked to pull to spot 2 waited 25 minutes in my car with a sick baby and never... got my order. Asked the food runners where my order was they had no clue. They went inside to check. I waited 15 more minutesthey were running food to everyone who ordered after me so I drove back around to see about a refund. The manager on dutywouldn't come to the take out window to give me a refund they had me go inside with a baby who was just tested positive forcovid. It was really packed inside so I left without my refund. They stole my money. This place should fire everyone startingwith management and hire people who knows what there doing. This was the worst service I have ever recieved at any McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. No one in the 1st window to... pay so we finally pull to the 2nd window a young girl finally appeared in the 2nd window and rudely says you were to pay at the1st window. We calmly said I'm sorry there was no one there. 5 min later comes back with my card and no receipt as I ask for oneshe walked away. They give us our drinks and ask us to pull forward and that's when we noticed 3 other cars waiting a head ofus. We waited 25 min for our food and during that time 2 cars left with out getting their food. When we checked our order 2items were missing so we waited again. All of our food was stone cold. I now can't even do a survey because they gave me noreceipt. All of this while 4 employees sat in the dining room doing nothing. Someone needs to run that place and stop letting itbe a free for all. They always have poor service at this location, but Saturday was enough to warrant a poor review. We didn't get a cup for a... drink. No pickles on any of the burgers. Cold fries. Right after us, they completely ran out of fries. No apple pies. Nohazelnut coffee. No honey. Who knows what else they were out of... A girl "helping" at register spent most of the time on herphone. She only did what was specifically asked. My wife got the ketchup from behind the counter (in the open) when no oneshowed up at the register for several minutes. 1 star because that's the minimum.
