Ordered one pizza online at work. The site said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Guy shows up in like 10 minutes, calls my... phone, then leaves. Try to call him back, no answer. Update 3.25.22. What the heck happened to my favorite pizza franchise?? I had a reason to call in an order and was redirected... by some horrible call center back to incorrect menu and then again back to where i picked to speak with manager or check onorder (as instructed) and had to listen to a hold loop of a horrible marketing crust pushing guy. I waited for 40 min.Obviously no one is answering that phone. If u have to call them forget it. My review went from 5 to 1 after this kind of wasteof time...and I love their pizza the best. Sad. Papa John's has remained my favorite pizza place in the area...and I'm fromsidman and need to travel to get there. I always felt the pizza hut stuffed crust did have the edge but now they have theirown. They are always pleasant and serve with a smile. They have good technology for ordering online with updates and customorder options. They have all the bases covered and delicious food to back it up. Read more
