Ordered one pizza online at work. The site said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Guy shows up in like 10 minutes, calls my... phone, then leaves. Try to call him back, no answer. Call the store, they said the website orders time frame is always wrong.Also, asked if I still wanted the pizza, but said it is cold now. Thanks. Read more
Update 3.25.22. What the heck happened to my favorite pizza franchise?? I had a reason to call in an order and was redirected... by some horrible call center back to incorrect menu and then again back to where i picked to speak with manager or check onorder (as instructed) and had to listen to a hold loop of a horrible marketing crust pushing guy. I waited for 40 min.Obviously no one is answering that phone. If u have to call them forget it. My review went from 5 to 1 after this kind of wasteof time...and I love their pizza the best. Sad. Papa John's has remained my favorite pizza place in the area...and I'm fromsidman and need to travel to get there. I always felt the pizza hut stuffed crust did have the edge but now they have theirown. They are always pleasant and serve with a smile. They have good technology for ordering online with updates and customorder options. They have all the bases covered and delicious food to back it up. Read more
I know the wings aren't your fault as they come in from the distributor that way but they are nothing but fat even ordering well... done changed nothing. Pizza needs some work, our pizza was white on the bottom, appears to have been shown the oven but neverput in. So do we need to select the well done option to get it in the oven? I have no problem with the food. I have problem with the delivery. They keep leaving my food on the porch after I put delivery... on the app. They not knocking on the door at all. I know cause I have a dog that bark when someone do. Read more
Found a hair baked into the cheese...called to complain and was on the phone for over 20 mins, still could not speak to manager.... Would not recommend this pizza franchise. To order, it is a call center in India as well Read more
I doordash and never had to wait on an order.. They are nice and very friendly to talk to and deal with
