I have mixed opinions on my service on 10-14-22 (last evening). They were very busy and of course that is understandable on a... Friday evening and I was in no rush, the food was what I have come to expect when I step foot in a red lobster. The drinks weredelicious. There was also a gentleman who was a rockstar beyond rockstars who seems like a Jack of all at the restaurant who washelping out the two women running the bar….my problem was with the one main bartender. She had a trainee with her and thetrainee was pleasant but learning so she gets a pass. But bartender was so rude to her all night, and obviously couldn’thandle the frustration of the busy night. She also didn’t seem to know the computer system well and overall kept letting herfrustrations show which made for an ackward evening at the bar. I do not not believe by showing frustration to your customers aswell as talking down to a new trainee is a way to motivate your new hires and create any long term employment and value in yourcompany. If I come in again and that woman is bartending I would rather leave and go somewhere else. If she can’t performunder pressure or learn how to mentor then she shouldn’t be behind a bar. This is the first red lobster I been to with my family and everyone decided to take they good home bc no one was pleased it was... under seasoned and the pasta linguine was dry with little to No shrimp I order salmon New Orleans omg No favor we tookeverything home and no even ate the food $250 a waste I only ate biscuits and salad ???? Usually all great..... it's been getting slower n slower the last couple times we have gone.... tonight it took over 2 hrs....... and we only did 4 refills for the endless shrimp.... dont think we will be going back anytime soon... and u might as well soto high end steak house bc it's now 21.99 for endless.... crazy!!! On a weekday afternoon not busy at all. Very clean and spacious rooms. A classic feel to it compared to a modern place. Place is... not really made for a casual place to eat more of a great dinner because of a celebration, family or friends gathering, or adate. Food and prices are similar to any other red lobster.
