I had an order from the app earlier today, which was a MTO Burger with just ketchup and bag of fries. Went to pickup my order... and as I was opening the wrapper to my burger, there was cheese on it, as if someone tried to add cheese and then took it offafter realizing there wasn?t supposed to be cheese on it. I am a frequent customer and this was this early morning on September 9th, 2022, I ordered a steak burrito, after eating it I am... now sick. I need corporate to reach out immediately. Sadly to say I will not be returning to this store. There has been a fewoccasions where my boyfriend will buy food from here and get sick. I work in food service myself and not once have I EVER mademy customers sick. Update, spoke to a nice lady with customer service whom understood my situation and did what she could tohelp. I appreciate the good service as always. But sadly I will not be ordering food from this sheets again. Read more

A good service station/convenience store. Prepared foods are nicely done with good ingredients. A good choice of snacks and... beverages. Recently I have found electronics for payment at pumps mal functioning, especially phone payment readers. Read more
Dear Sheetz Corporate, you have a real problem here. There are signs everywhere indicating that masks are required and 6 feet... between people. Unfortunately, none of this happened. There had to be 40 people in there and 3 wearing masks. This is an issuethat needs to be resolved immediately. Read more
It is absolutely a friendly sheetz with a fantastic atmosphere. The atmosphere gives off a great vibe because the employees are... pleasant, also the the customers are also friendly. I love the fact that you order food and get if quickly. You don't have tostand around and wait!! I usually always order their chili dogs on the pretzel roll and I must say they take pride and don'tload on the chili so it makes the bun soggy which a lot of other Sheetz do. So if your going by this Sheetz I would highlyrecommend you stop and grab a bite if your hungry. You will not regret it in my opinion!!! Read more
I live close to this sheetz so I use this one the most. The people who prepare the food are good but, when it is busy it is... under staffed or no one is willing to leave the office to help. This store from the refurbishment is clean though and the gastanks have been replaced which is good as you would get water in your gas from time to time. Read more
Ran into a friend and they held the door for me and then the rude cashier would not let him buy his beer because I didn't have... my ID(BUT I do not drink as I am pregnant) and was only walking with him saying hi and bye!! I felt so bad and tried to explainbut she was rude. Although this is my closest Sheetz I try to and do go out of my way to avoid this one.. Read more
