Manager would not take 2 different orders going through drive thru. So we left and went to McDonalds.

I went to grab the ghost pepper whopper (not really spicy at all) and when I got home... they forgot to put lettuce, tomatoes,... onions, and pickles like a whopper should have. Oh! And the bacon! The dude was weird at the drive through window. Wouldn't eventalk for some odd reason. Kept giving a thumbs up. But the fries were decent, still got the crunch when I got home. Read more
Had a terrible experience with this Burgar King. I had two burgars when I was literally very hungry and after finishing one I... complaint about it. Asked am employee to make it warm and I heard them laughing "hot!" seemed like they were making a joke. Theyall look lousy, rude and don't delight customers. Never going there ever. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE! you have been warned.. this has to be the worst BK in all of IL if not the country..... my burger had a black hair coming out of it, fries were ice cold, chicken fries were rubbery & employee didnt give me anydipping sauces.. took over 15 mins to get food and i was the only car in the drive thru AND IT WAS STILL ALL COLD.. dont knowhow they are still in business here its a DUMP Read more

Had a really poor experience in the drive through tonight. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was told to pull up to the window.... The woman working there, who I could was training someone, asked why we pulled up without ordering? because you told us to. Shethen proceeded to the trainee ?normally you could tell people off but it?s fine this time. I?ll just take the order? The passiveaggressive comments was really unnecessary and surprising from someone who is training new staff. Would not recommend, there aredifferent fast food places with better staff ??????? Lately.we'll the last 2 times we been to burger King we ordered whoppers with everything and the meat was dry even with extra... tomatoes. I think they need to change there wrapping paper. Read more
