This place has gone downhill from when it first opened. It used to be great. After this visit will not be back. First ordered... drinks and my martini was warm. Next ordered app that was supposed to be their seafood bread that was suppose to consist ofgarlic bread cheese and crab. There was no crab on it just garlic bread with cheese and you get 4 small pieces. Now for thedinner We ordered the pick 3 to share with garlic butter sauce. Instead we got a cajun garlic butter. I can't handle spice andwe told him he messed up the order instead of getting a new bag since he just brought out a warm butter and dumped it into thebag. While eating there was fruit flies all over the place. The waiter was hardly ever at the table. And didn't bring napkins.Will not be back sadly. Read more

First time at this location and I was very pleased with my experience. The employee at the front was very nice and friendly. My... order was correct. Food was really good and fresh I got the pick 3 bag and a order of the Cajun rice with shrimp and sausage.Food was extremely hot and it took me 30 minutes to get home so good job! Read more

Went to Cajun Boil in Joliet. Our waiter Leon was the best. He was so attentive, his personality was fabulous such a people... person with a gift of gab with a sense of humor. My guy Leon was absolutely amazing, the food was great and Leon's service made the whole experience that much better.... Personable, knowledgeable, funny, and attentive. He had us laughing and joking around. I would personally ask for him to serveus any time we go back which will 100% happen. I went to the restaurant today and I picked up my order and was missing food, I... weighed each bag because it looked very low on quantity and it definitely came up short. I called the restaurant and spoke to awomen who said she was the manager, (Jacky)she was very rude and unprofessional she didn’t offer any help and became veryaggressive raising her voice at me instead of providing any assistance. you are paying for one pound and getting half I askedher to please talk to the kitchen and ask why the product is not being weighed correctly and she said that this had nothing todo with her because I signed that list.I mentioned how they don’t weigh the product in front of people, how would we know. shewas still very rude saying that I was the only person complaining but this is not the first time this happens and because itlooked low I used my scale and saw that it was very low. Great food! Music is quite loud, so maybe not the ideal place to go if you're trying to have an in-depth conversation, but... perfect if that's the atmosphere you're looking for. The shrimp and lobster were amazing. Try the sweet tea! Read more
