I don't frequent fast food places or write reviews. I ordered a bowl of chicken soup. It ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. It was a 10... dollar bowl of gooey beans and corn with a MINIMUM amount of chicken. The line was to long to return so I tossed it. One wordGROSS. Very disappointing. Read more
Was visiting from out of state. Great dining experience, girl taking the order did a great job to get our custom order correct.... The chicken is always good, but who ever prepared and made this order of chicken sandwiches should get a raise. Best chickensandwich I've ever had. I didn't think they could get any better but some how they did. Will definitely stop by anytime I'm inthe area. Great job Chick-fil-A!!! Read more
Great tasting grilled chicken and fries as always. There is always a line, but their employees always move you through very... quickly and each employee has great customer rapport. The business has plenty of parking and is conveniently located not far offInterstate 55. Well worth the quick stop for a quality meal. Read more
i usually visit the fox valley location and to me that one has the best quality consistently. When i ordered this the food was... alright. Some of the chicken nuggets had like hard bites, like could t bite it off. the max and cheese was very good, the frieswere soft and not as crispy as usual. The staff seemed friendly, but the parking lot is terrible. The way you enter and exitshould of been rethought about. The drive thru ends right where people are coming in and so it can back things up if it?s busy. Read more
Went through the drive through, toddler in backseat. Ordered for toddler first, was asked if we wanted the toy and said yes.... Quickly gave total. Said I wanted to order for myself and she seemed bothered, saying any adults order kids meals...fine, but weboth want to eat. Nice staff and surprisingly nice guests! But I like my food FRESH! I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE WAITING TIME to get fresh food! They... gave me my food entirely too fast and it was lukewarm BC it was food they already precooked! I was in the lobby with my child soagain, I didn't mind waiting. We happened to be in the vicinity so I took us to dine there for the 1st time. My first visit toChick-fil-A was downtown Chicago in 2019 when I was still carrying my son. My food was way fresher and staff was still just asnice! I really wouldn't give someone something that I would not eat myself, especially my son! i went there yesterday and there was black stuff around the cup, the manager tried to play it off and say it was the browning... from the mac n cheese but it?s not even on the mac n cheese itself it?s on the cup. i asked for a refund or if i could get afree one at a later time because i had work in 5 minutes and the manager made someone else give me the new macaroni. this isdisgusting. do better Read more
We picked up our mobile order inside... The employees were super friendly... We seen the night shift coming in and everyone was... all smiles and excited to see each other... The store was clean and so were the bathrooms... The food was excellent as well...It was great to see people happy to be at work and it shows in the service and food ???? Read more
