Should start off by saying I like chipotle a lot. But this has to be the worst experience ever! The whole dinning room was... filthy. I got a burrito and it?s super small. They were scrapping all the ingredients from the bottoms of the trays and superstingy with everything. They didn?t even wrap my burrito correctly!! Corporate should get involved and retrain and get thislocation in shape. Spending over 20 dollars for a bowl and a burrito I expect much better then this! I ordered a bowl with guac and the avocado was brown, I asked for hot red and it all leaked in the bag because they didn't put... it properly, and when I tried to the call they dismissed my complant. I spent over 30 dollars on my meal. Read more
I was charged TWICE. The young lady ringing me up said it didn't go through but it did when I later checked my bank account.... When calling the restaurant someone would pick up and not answer. This happened 3 TIMES. Not only that, when someone did answerand I asked for a manager the HUNG UP THE PHONE! I went to the store and had the problem taken care of but answer your phoneswhen people call and resolve problems. I'm pretty sure the gentleman(manager) I spoke too was the one who hung up on me. Was out of steak regular chicken. Had no chips at 6:22 coming to peak hour no guacamole. Line was absolutely dirty customers had... to ask for towels to wipe down their own tables. They weren't wearing aprons on the line no hats on around the food. The supplystation was out of napkins lids and silverware.
